1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "You") and bitfun (the "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the bitfun website located at bitfun.cam, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). 3. Account Registration and Security

Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

4.5 Transaction Fees

bitfun does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, Maya) may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before confirming the transaction.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

Players may request withdrawals of available funds from their bitfun account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by bitfun customer support for security reasons.

6.4 Irregular Play Patterns

If such patterns are detected, bitfun reserves the right to suspend accounts, void bets, confiscate winnings, and take legal action if necessary. 6.5 Voided Bets and Cancellations

bitfun reserves the right to void bets, cancel transactions, or refuse wagers in cases of: obvious errors in odds or lines, technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes, evidence of fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or circumstances where continuing the bet would be unfair to either party. If a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bitfun. Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may result in criminal or civil penalties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bitfun and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if bitfun has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bitfun does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components. Technical malfunctions, software errors, system failures, interrupted transmissions, or other factors beyond our control may affect Platform availability and game outcomes. In such cases, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through bitfun's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal action in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes. You agree to waive any objections to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination

bitfun reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct
• Attempt to manipulate games or exploit software vulnerabilities
• Participate in money laundering or other financial crimes
• Create multiple accounts or use the account of another person
• Fail to respond to verification requests within the specified timeframe
• Are found to be underage or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform

12.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, all pending bets will be settled or voided as appropriate. Any remaining account balance derived from legitimate deposits and winnings will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to bitfun. Funds derived from bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or breaches of these terms will be forfeited. You will lose access to all VIP benefits, loyalty points, and promotional offers.

13. Privacy and Data Protection
